These terms explain how you can use Iconquarry, how buying a pack works and what rights you have. Please read them before you place an order. If anything is unclear, write to hello@iconquarry.com.
1. Who we are
Iconquarry at iconquarry.com is run by ALTSOFT spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, trading as Altsoft Limited, ul. Grochowska 207, 04-077 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001153485 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP 1133158025, REGON 540814291, share capital PLN 5,000 (“we”, “us”, “Altsoft”).
You can reach us by email at hello@iconquarry.com or by post at the address above.
2. Words we use
- Shop: the website at iconquarry.com.
- Customer or you: anyone who browses the Shop or places an order.
- Consumer: a natural person buying for purposes that are not related to their business or profession.
- Sole trader with consumer protection: a natural person running a business who buys for a purpose that is not of a professional nature for them, as described in Polish law. Unless these terms say otherwise, the rules for Consumers about withdrawal, conformity and unfair terms apply to them too.
- Pack: a set of icon files sold in the Shop as one product.
- Digital content: the files in a Pack, delivered by download.
- License: the rules for using the icons, set out in our License.
3. Services we provide online
Free of charge, the Shop lets you browse and search the catalogue, keep items in a bag, place orders and, if you choose, keep a customer account with your order history and downloads.
To use the Shop you need a device connected to the internet, an up to date web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled, and an active email address. To open the files you need software that can extract ZIP archives and display SVG and PNG images.
You must not post or send unlawful content through the Shop or use it in a way that disrupts its operation. You can stop using the services at any time. To delete your account, email us and we will remove it, keeping only the data we must keep by law.
4. Placing an order
- Add one or more Packs to your bag and go to checkout.
- Enter the details we ask for, accept these terms and confirm that you want access to the files straight after payment.
- Click the button to place the order. This means an obligation to pay.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. You receive the confirmation on screen and at the email address you gave.
Before you place an order you can review and correct everything you entered.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and are final prices for the customer. The amount shown at checkout, just before you place the order, is the total you pay. There are no delivery costs.
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by external payment providers, and paying may require you to accept their own terms. Orders are payable immediately.
6. Delivery of the files
Once your payment is confirmed, the download links for your Packs appear on the order confirmation page, in the order confirmation email and, if you have an account, under Downloads in your account. You can download your files as often as you need while the Shop is operating. We recommend keeping your own copy.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a Consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once we have started supplying the content with your express consent, given before the 14 days pass, after you have been told that you lose the right of withdrawal (Article 38 section 1 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).
Because Packs are delivered immediately, we ask for this consent at checkout and confirm it in the order confirmation. Our voluntary refund promises, which go further than the law requires, are described in the Refunds and withdrawal policy.
8. If something is wrong with a Pack
We are responsible for supplying Packs that match their description and work as they should. If a file is missing, damaged or does not match the description, email us at hello@iconquarry.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
We reply within 14 days. If the content is not in conformity with the contract, a Consumer may ask us to bring it into conformity, and if that is impossible, not done in reasonable time or the problem is significant, may ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and get a refund, as provided in the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
For customers who are not Consumers or sole traders with consumer protection, statutory warranty for defects is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We will still fix or replace a faulty file.
9. Using the icons
When you buy a Pack you receive a license to use its icons. What you may and may not do is set out in our License. The license is part of the contract.
10. Liability
Our liability towards Consumers and sole traders with consumer protection follows the law and is not limited by these terms. Towards other customers, our total liability under a contract is limited to the price paid for the order concerned and does not cover lost profits, except where damage was caused intentionally.
11. Complaints and out of court solutions
Complaints about the Shop or an order can be sent to hello@iconquarry.com. We answer within 14 days.
If you are a Consumer, you can also use out of court ways of resolving a dispute, for example mediation by a Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, a permanent consumer arbitration court, or free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman. Information is available at uokik.gov.pl. Using these methods is voluntary for both sides.
12. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in how the Shop works. We will publish the new version on this page. Orders placed before a change are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
14. Law and courts
These terms and contracts made through the Shop are governed by Polish law. If you are a Consumer living in another country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of that country. Disputes with customers who are not Consumers or sole traders with consumer protection will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over our registered office.
