This license applies to every Pack you buy at Iconquarry. It is short on purpose: we want you to know exactly what you can do with the icons. The licensor is ALTSOFT sp. z o.o. (Altsoft Limited), Warsaw, Poland.
1. What you get
When your payment is confirmed, we grant you a worldwide, non exclusive, non transferable license, without time limit, to use, copy, edit and adapt the icons in the Packs you bought, in as many projects as you like. No credit or attribution is required.
2. What you can do
- Use the icons in websites, apps, software interfaces, games and online services.
- Use them in presentations, documents, reports, social media posts, videos and advertising.
- Use them in print, packaging, signage and printed materials.
- Use them in work you make for clients and hand the finished work over to the client.
- Use them in products you sell, as long as the icons are part of a larger design and are not the main value of the product.
- Change colors, sizes, stroke weights and shapes, and combine icons with your own artwork.
3. What you cannot do
- Sell, sublicense, share, give away or otherwise distribute the icon files themselves, alone or in collections, edited or not. This includes icon fonts, icon libraries, design kits, templates or themes where the icons can be extracted and used on their own.
- Upload the icons to stock sites, marketplaces, file sharing services or public repositories as separate files.
- Use the icons on merchandise such as stickers, prints, mugs or clothing where the icon itself is the main design being sold.
- Use an icon as a trademark, logo or part of one, or register it as your own.
- Claim that you created the icons.
- Use the icons in content that is unlawful, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others.
4. Teams and companies
If you buy on behalf of a company, the license covers that company. Its employees and contractors may use the icons when working on the company’s projects. Each separate company or client that wants to use the icon files directly needs its own purchase.
5. Software and websites you distribute
You may include the icons inside an app, program or website that you distribute, provided the icon files are not offered for download as a separate library and are reasonably protected from being extracted and reused as icons.
6. Ownership
The license gives you the right to use the icons. It does not transfer ownership of the icons or of the copyright in them.
7. If the rules are broken
If you seriously breach this license, it ends and you must stop using the icons. Work you lawfully published before the breach is not affected, except where the breach was in that work.
