Packs are digital files that you can download straight after payment. This page explains when you can get your money back.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered by download, the 14 day right of withdrawal ends once we start supplying the files with your express consent and acknowledgement, which we ask for at checkout. This follows Article 38 section 1 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. You can read more in section 7 of our Terms of service.
Our refund promise
On top of what the law requires, we offer the following:
- Bought by mistake and not downloaded. If you have not downloaded any file from an order, email us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full.
- Bought the same Pack twice. We refund the duplicate purchase.
- A file is missing, damaged or not as described. We first try to fix or replace it. If we cannot, we refund the Pack.
Download history is recorded with each order, so we can check quickly whether files have been downloaded.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@iconquarry.com from the address you used for the order.
- Include your order number and tell us which Pack the request is about and why.
- We reply within 14 days. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty files
If something is wrong with a file, our responsibility for the conformity of digital content under Polish law applies in every case, regardless of this promise. See section 8 of our Terms of service.
